This libray is for loading & Saving images in the form of Cursors in C++ of size 32x32. You can only Load a Non-Compressed (Normally all files are non-compressed) Monochrome (1-bit) or 16 Colors (4-bit) Cursors in your programs. This library also provides the facility of of saving your graphical scren images into Cursor File in Monochrome or 16-colors bitmap. The Icons created by this library are fully recognized by the Windows.
