This libray is for loading & Saving images in the form of Bitmaps for Windows in C++. You can Load both the Compressed and Non-Compressed (Normally all files are non-compressed) 16 Colors (4-bit) Bitmaps and the Monochrome (1-bit) Bitmaps in your programs. This library also provides the facility of of saving your graphical scren images into Bitmap File in Monochrome or 16-colors (both Compressed and Non-Compressed) bitmap. The Bitmaps created by this library are fully recognized by the MS Paint and other softwares. You can open and edit these Bitmaps by using the MS Paint.
