This libray is for loading & Saving images in the form of Icons in C++ of size 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, or custom. You can only Load a Non-Compressed (Normally all files are non-compressed) Monochrome (1-bit) or 16 Colors (4-bit) Icons in your programs. This library also provides the facility of of saving your graphical scren images into Icon File in Monochrome or 16-colors bitmap. The Icons created by this library are fully recognized by the Windos. You can open and edit these Icons by using any Icon Editor Software.
